Still are differences in how they both scores on the test, people who study days or even weeks ahead for the test can do worse than the person that only studied for that night. Why is that? People can suffer from anxiety, and anxiety is a huge thing. With anxiety people will start thinking too hard, forget the material get worried and fail the exam. Students were tested on how fast or how long it took them do the test, the students didn’t differ much from the ones that got done first from the ones that used the time to finish the test, which showed that good and bad students are among early and late finishers. Then it went down to the skill of the questions were asked on the exam. The high and low ability to answer the question that was asked on the exam, students who skip questions with the higher ability scored higher than the students with the lower ability. Detail How Leiser Questions the Moral Condemnation of Homosexual Behavior

...Unnatural – More Than One Meaning? There are those words that have more than one way to be spelled, have more than one definition, and have more than one meaning. The word “second” can mean something that is right after the first, or it can be a unit of telling time. The word “unnatural” is a similar word. It has different meanings, but the meanings are also related. Burton Leiser questions the way “unnatural” is used when he hears people say that homosexual intercourse is unnatural. Views on homosexuality were based on Christianity, which views homosexuality as unnatural, a violation of natural law, immoral, and condemnable. When we use the word “natural”, we have to deal with how ambiguous it is. In nature, it can either mean one of two things. It either means that whatever is natural follows the law of nature, or that whatever is natural is not man-made or artificial. The first argument on if homosexuality is unnatural is based on if it does not follow the laws of nature. The laws of nature are not guidelines that living beings enforce and follow. These laws describe how events in nature work. There is no punishment if the laws of nature can’t be followed, but either way, the laws of nature can’t be violated. There is no written law on how far and what direction a person’s elbow or wrist will move or bend. The elbow naturally bends typically in one direction, closes at around 45 degrees and opens to about 180 degrees, while the wrist naturally bends slightly, but......

International Dimensions of Organizational Behavior Review Questions

...INTERNATIONAL DIMENSIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR Review Questions 1. Identify and describe the stages of development for global corporate evolution. Global corporate evolution experiences four stages, which are domestic phase, multi-domestic phase, multinational phase, and global phase. In domestic phase, corporations in one country usually neglect the need to decrease inconvenience aroused by cultural diversity, which may makes it difficult to broaden their business or win market share in other countries with different cultural contexts. In multi-domestic phase, firms begin to cater to the needs of each market segment with different cultural backgrounds since they realize that cultural diversity is a huge challenge in business expansion. Multinational phase witnesses the expansion of global market, where a large majority of multinational firms providing identical products emerge. Thus, the need to differentiate subtle cultural differences is weakened since cost control becomes an effective way to gain profits. In global phase, cultural difference is again emphasized. The way to quickly respond to customers’ needs in any market segment in a cost-efficient production mode dominates, which makes the ability to handle multicultural interaction essential for multinational firms. 2. Identify and describe Hofstede's dimensions of cultural differences. According to Hofstede, the five important dimensions of cultural......

I agree with Flynn’s description about our minds becoming more modern and not smarter.
