After deciding international strategy will be used , here are some suggestions for Qdoba to implement the strategy . Firstly, Qdoba can establish the department of marketing and management in UK while the research and development are still in home US. Since there is low local responsiveness for Qdoba in UK , they no need to do research and customize the food for UK customer .Therefore , the development and innovation of new product are done in US and the shops of Qdoba in UK just follow them. However , Qdoba still need department of marketing to do promotion and advertisement for UK market . Moreover , there is a need of management department for managing the shops in UK ,such as recruitment , promotion ,contact with partnership .The most important job of management department in UK is managing the workers. Department need to develop teams , coach teams and motivate teams in different shops in UK to form a good structure in UK .Therefore ,marketing and management department are still need in UK.

Secondly , Qdoba need to keep the original style which is healthy and innovative .The menu should keep the numerous choices in US and keep the vegetarian option .Since the healthy and creative menu are the strength of Qdoba .The government of UK are intentionally promote healthy food and healthy restaurant . Keeping the healthy style can make Qdoba easier to compete with other fast casual restaurant . Also ,the innovative and variable menu can increase the compatibility of Qdoba. There are more choices on Qdoba menu than that of major competitor – Chipotle , it can attract people who have different taste .

Thirdly , Qdoba can form partnerships with local farms to get ingredients. Since one of the implementation of international strategy is getting the sources from local .So , forming partnerships with local farm can help Qdoba get the fresh ingredients easier and economic , since there are long-time relationship , farm may provide lots of discount and quality ingredients to Qdoba .It gives help for Qdoba to reduce the cost and enhance the quality .Furthermore , Qdoba are also supporting the local economy .It can help to promote itself especially for those who are not familiar with Mexican food .

All in all ,under the condition of low cost pressure and low local responsiveness and with the use of International strategy , these implementations can help Qdoba to enter the UK market ,compete with other restaurant and reduce the cost.…...
