Скажите, пожалуйста, только честно ответьте на вопрос: знаете ли Вы такого человека, из Вашего окружения, которого устраивала бы его работа? Именно, работа на кого- то? И это должен быть человек, с которым Вы знакомы лично, а не некая абстрактность из серии: знакомый знакомого моего троюродного внучатого племянника…
Думаю, что подавляющее большинство из вас ответит, что не знает того, кто был бы полностью удовлетворен своей работой. А под удовлетворением я понимаю хорошую зарплату, хорошего начальника, хорошие условия труда и т.д., причем всѐ это должно быть вместе, не по отдельности. То есть, не трудно предположить, что и Вас не устраивает та работа, на которой Вы трудитесь сейчас. Вы постоянно просматриваете вакансии в интернете, вы берете, ну или покупаете газеты с вакансиями, Вы

постоянно ищите: а вдруг всѐ-таки попадется работа, где будет зарплата
100 тысяч долларов, ничего не надо будет делать, все там вас будут любить и т.д. и т.п.
НЕ БЫВАЕТ ТАКОГО!
Как бы Вы ни работали, как бы ни старались, а все равно начальник будет, скорей всего, не доволен, зарплату Вам, если и повысят, то на сущие копейки, Вас, как специалиста, будут недооценивать…
И где же выход? И есть ли он вообще?

Единственный выход из этого тупика- это создать свой собственный бизнес, начать свое дело!

Ну, начинается, скажете Вы! Какой из меня коммерсант, где ж взять деньги на бизнес, кто со мной будет иметь дело, и, что вообще люди обо мне подумают? (Этот перечень Вы можете продолжить…).

Любой человек, по определению - свободная личность и создан для того, чтобы самому выбирать свой путь. В этом наша свобода и заключается, в этом нам никто не указ - мы сами выбираем себе окружение, вид деятельности, спутника жизни.
Просто, чаще всего получается, что ищем мы легких, вернее, даже самых легких путей! Ну что стоит сходить на пару собеседований или, еще проще - прийти по чьей-то рекомендации к работодателю, подписать заявление о трудоустройстве - и все, ты уже работаешь, не думаешь о деньгах, особенно в день зарплаты, да и вроде жизнь налаживается…. Пока….
Пока не пройдет пару месяцев. И дальше - все по новой!
А вот сосед. И откуда у него новая машина, и почему это я не вижу его по утрам, бегущим на работу, да и вообще, откуда загар среди зимы? Вроде он там бизнес какой-то открывал, мы еще тогда все прикалывались над ним… А ведь и Вы тоже можете это сделать! Да, именно с того места, где сейчас находитесь. И не надо много денег, достаточно будет части зарплаты для начала. И не надо будет бросать работу, сразу, и офиса тоже не надо!
Неужели, очередная пирамида - спросите Вы? Или сетевой маркетинг?
Пирамида- это уже статья (уголовная)! Против сетевого маркетинга я ничего не имею, но и заниматься им тоже не хочу!
Значит…

Организация бизнеса по оказанию услуг населению Я Вам предлагаю самый настоящий бизнес в реальной жизни (не в интернете), который потребует минимальных вложений, средств и сил и начать который Вы можете, не бросая основную работу!

Вы, наверняка, хотя бы раз пользовались услугами мастеров по ремонту чего-нибудь... Будь то электрика, сантехника, бытовая техника. Были довольны результатом или нет, но расплачивались всѐ равно. Есть,

конечно, недобросовестные мастера, но, как правило, они все-таки выполняют тот ремонт, по которому их вызывали.
Так вот, часть заплаченных Вами денег эти мастера отдают фирме, которая дает им работу. Причем эта часть, которую отдают - обычно
50%. В небольших городах процент, который мастер возвращает фирме, немного ниже… (20-30%)
Грабеж средь бела дня! - скажет кто-то, но в этом деле, я Вам говорю, самое сложное - это не выполнить ремонт, а именно найти клиента, которому нужно его выполнить!
Весь бизнес, в основном, завязан на поиске клиентов. Рабочих Вы всегда найдете, тем более в настоящее время, когда многие еще вспоминают кризис! - Да, но я не разбираюсь в бытовой технике, в ремонтах… Так, для себя, могу лампочку поменять, подкрутить что-то…
Я же Вам не предлагаю стать мастером по ремонту!
Мы говорим про БИЗНЕС!
В чем же суть?
Скажите, у Вас есть компьютер? Думаю, что раз Вы это читаете, то есть!
А телефон у Вас есть? Тут вообще без вопросов!
А деньги у Вас есть? Не пугайтесь! Потребуется совсем немного… Если захотите все сразу и с размахом, и, чтобы все официально, и самим не заморачиваться, то тогда – да, денег нужно будет!!!! Тысяч 15-20!!!
РУБЛЕЙ!!!
Если же поэтапно, не регистрируя юр.лицо (этого я вам не говорил…), частично делая самому, то потратите всего пару тысяч!
Много? Не думаю! Для собственного, реального бизнеса - такие затраты
– пыль!
Не верите, что так мало нужно? Сейчас докажу! Давайте рассмотрим, сначала, второй вариант с меньшими вложениями…
Допустим, решили Вы заняться оказанием услуг электрика… Почему я выбрал это для примера? – просто я сам начинал с услуг электрика и компьютерных услуг. И, если в компьютерах я хоть немного разбираюсь,

могу заменить какую-нибудь «железячку», то в электрике – полный ноль! Так вот. Находите знакомого электрика. Если нет такого, даете объявление в бесплатную газету или же в этой газете, в разделе «Ищу работу», подыскиваете подходящую кандидатуру. Звоните, предлагаете работать у Вас. Не ТОЛЬКО у вас, а когда у вас будут заказы, обговариваете процент. В Москве- это 50% ему, 50- Вам.
Затем, даете объявление газету, в раздел «Услуги» об услугах электрика.
Когда Вам позвонят, не сильно вникайте в проблему клиента, просто запишите, кратко, поломку, скажите, что сейчас ему перезвонит мастер, скажет цену этой работы и, если клиента все устроит, то они с мастером договорятся о встрече…. ВСЁ!
Основная Ваша часть работы выполнена. Звоните мастеру, передаете заказ, потом опять созваниваетесь, встречаетесь, забираете свою часть.
Сложно? Или опять ищете в чем-то подвох?
Это я вам рассказал про НАЧАЛО, практически, без денег. Разве что - на объявление в раздел «Услуги» понадобятся…
- Хорошо, а если всѐ с размахом и по-серьезному, с фирмой, сайтом, тогда что?
Тогда получится, как у меня, или почти так…
1. Открыть фирму : ИП – 800 руб., ООО – 4000 руб. (это гос.пошлина). Соответственно, если будете сами заниматься, то кроме этого понадобятся только услуги нотариуса – 500 руб. О том, как все сделать самому – в интернете куча информации!
Если же за вас это будут делать, то цены: 4000 – ИП, 13000 – ООО
(это для Москвы, у вас, возможно, цена будет немного другая)
2. Сделать сайт : регистрация домена – 100 руб./год, хостинга – 150 руб./мес.. Если будете делать сами, то больше ничего не надо
(опять-таки, в интернете много бесплатных обучающих курсов)
Если будет делать кто-то, то сайт обойдется от 5 тыс.руб.- самый простой, и выше!

3. Подать объявления в газету: 1300 руб/неделю на пол Москвы – эту часть работы, по-любому, сами сделаете.
Создать рекламную кампанию в Яндекс-директ – также, можете сами, а можете обратиться в агентство за 5 тыс. руб.
4. Распечатать бланки квитанций – можете дома, на принтере, а можно заказать в типографии – 2тыс.руб./500 шт.
5. Купить отдельный номер, желательно городской мобильный.
Можно, конечно и федеральный, но городской- солиднее: 500 руб/мес. для Москвы
6. Дать объявления о вакансии мастера в интернет, или в газету. Это бесплатно. Итого: от 2850 до 20800 руб.!
Вот и вся схема!
В интернете вот эту главу можно было бы выложить в форме бизнесидеи. В основном, все бизнес-идеи интернета - это пару строчек про то, что можно делать, а вот о том, как именно - ни слова!
Я же Вам предлагаю реальный, пошаговый план построения своего собственного бизнеса! Все, что вам нужно, это – желание достойно зарабатывать, причем, делая это без отрыва от основной работы.
В Москве, например, один мастер приносит мне в неделю 10-15 тыс. рублей «грязными»! До половины этих денег может уйти на рекламу, это зависит от ваших амбиций! Дальше считайте сами- 3 мастера дадут
Вам 20 тыс. рублей чистыми еженедельно! Я считаю, это неплохо!
Поэтому, нечего сидеть, протирать штаны в офисе, дома на диване, лучше займитесь, по-настоящему, стоящим делом!
Ничего сложного! Вы всѐ видели!
Сами, по-тихоньку, за пару недель разберетесь и все сделаете, максимум, за 1 месяц. Главное – не лениться!

How Banks Create Money

...Most of the money in our economy is created by banks, in the form of bank deposits – the numbers that appear in your account. Banks create new money whenever they make loans. 97% of the money in the economy today is created by banks, whilst just 3% is created by the government. The money that banks create isn’t the paper money that bears the logo of the government-owned Bank of England. It’s the electronic deposit money that flashes up on the screen when you check your balance at an ATM. Right now, this money (bank deposits) makes up over 97% of all the money in the economy. Only 3% of money is still in that old-fashioned form of cash that you can touch. Banks can create money through the accounting they use when they make loans. The numbers that you see when you check your account balance are just accounting entries in the banks’ computers. These numbers are a ‘liability’ or IOU from your bank to you. But by using your debit card or internet banking, you can spend these IOUs as though they were the same as £10 notes. By creating these electronic IOUs, banks can effectively create a substitute for money. Every new loan that a bank makes creates new money. While this is often hard to believe at first, it’s common knowledge to the people that manage the banking system. Spahr Everyone, including politicians and economists, agree that we need to create more jobs in the United States; however, significant disagreement exists among these groups on how best to achieve this goal. Many economists, especially those currently in Washington, believe that job creation begins with increasing the demand for goods and services, the demand side, espousing remnants of Keynesian economics. However in a world of global economic competition, merely creating additional demand for goods and services does not necessarily translate into job creation in a specific venue. Increasing demand must also translate into increased capital formation, job creation and productivity in the same country or economic venue. This supply-capital formation component is missing in the attempts at economic stimulus in the United States and in many western European countries. In a competitive global economy with increased capital fluidity, capital tends to flow to venues (countries) that offer the highest risk-adjusted returns.
