Introduction
Now a days, not only in Manila has laundry shop for workers who are so busy, they can’t wash there cloths at their own hands. Laundry shop was well known nowadays even in Cavite for those persons who are so busy and there’s no time to wash their cloths even the students are at the dormitory or boarding house. The laundry shop business has a very bright potential. Every year it is getting harder to get a “labandera”. Besides this, more and more households now have both husband and wife going to work and college students who are so busy for their school works. Many working wives now turn over this chore to a laundry shop. College students too often would rather outsource their laundry whenever they could afford it. More time and effort will be saved by the residents and perhaps, it could be spent on other household chores, doing paper works and other.

The selected laundry shop in Cavite significantly acts a helper for the people who does not have enough time to do the laundry. It will be managed by a partnership who is a resident of the community. Through that, the target market is rest assured that the owners of the business adhere to what they need to get full satisfaction. It is a very good idea to put up a laundry shop in the subdivision because it also gives the mothers or the ones responsible for doing the laundry, an extra time to bond with other family members or do other productive things. Instead of doing the laundry that is tiring, people could just deposit their clothes in the shop and wait for it to get done. More time and effort will be saved by the residents and perhaps, it could be spent on other household chores, doing paper works and…...

Laundry Soap

...Abstract Laundry soap is needed by everybody. Whether they buy laundry soap or they buy the products needed to make it at home, they will still always use it to wash towels, blankets, clothes, pillows, sheets, etc. In this market, the products are and will continue to grow and the products may change as the times change. Laundry Soap Introduction The laundry soap and soap industry has over six hundred and fifty companies. Dial, Palmolive-Colgate, and Proctor and Gamble are just a few major companies that are included in the top fifty major companies. This list of major companies make about twenty-seven billion dollars a year, or about ninety percent of the total revenue. Market Force 1: Economic Environment While the economy is slowly trying to pick itself back up, we are still in a recession. There are still a ton of unemployed people, people losing their jobs or being laid off, etc. Because of our recession, any company that manufactures laundry soap has to continuously adjust and/or create new marketing strategies. The laundry detergent industry is affected as well as many other companies. If people do not have the funds to spend on any product, it may case the companies to drop their prices down. Another way the companies try to make it more affordable for consumers is to offer coupons, sales, or even rebates, whether it is a mail in rebate or an automatic rebate at the time of purchase. All of these things also help in promoting their products. A marketer can...

Dormatory Laundry

...Dormitory Laundry By: Carl Schlotman, Jackie Patterson, and Andy Wolf I. Executive Summary Dormitory Laundry seeks to fill a service that is not currently offered at Queens. Dormitory Laundry would be the first and only laundry service offered at Queens University of Charlotte. Our service would allow students to enjoy more free time with the convenience of not having to do their laundry. This would give students more free time to do their homework to excel academically or enjoy their college experience. By supplying a laundry service that would pick up students clothes from their own dorm buildings, it will be very user friendly for Queen’s Students. Our product is unique because there is no laundry service at Queens. The only option students have is to do their laundry themselves or to take their laundry to dry cleaners for obscene prices. With 800 students living on campus, it makes for a significant market size to scale the business. Our marketing plan can be specialized and focused. We hope to make our service mainstream way of doing laundry among students. Starting with our service, our goal is to always make sure our value proposition to our customers exceeds the cost of the service. One of the ways this can be done is through a persistent effort to always keep the customer in mind. The pricing of our service will be competitive because it is what our customers have told us the price they would pay for the service. As we establish ourselves as a leading......
