This Drug Project I would like to work on would be a prevention program aimed at reducing first-time drug use for the drugs of Meth, Cocaine, and Hallucinogens. I will use public service messaging, educational classes, and community outreach. The Middlebrow Drug Project will use a variety of commercials to inform young adults and youth the harmful effects of Meth, Cocaine, and Hallucinogen use. These commercials will not be your everyday commercials, compared to regular commercials that want to sell products, these commercials I want to make a difference and a change in teen’s attitudes towards these drugs. The Project will show my prevention efforts effectively by providing real life experiences and the campaign will target youth, teens, and young adults through peer pressures they might face with these drugs. Targeting middle schools, high schools and even the community college we have in town is what I will focus on throughout this project; along with going throughout town to spread awareness. I will have help and volunteers who feel as strongly as I do to help me get the message across along with reaching out to the community in various ways. Some volunteers will be former drug users to share their story, while others will help with the educational classes and messaging. I will choose to focus on Middlebrow first, not only because I live here and would like to make a change in my community, but because drugs are a problem in my community. This Project will show prevention efforts effectively by providing real life experiences that will target youth, teens, and young adults through peer pressures they might face with drugs. When it comes to the approach of this project, some commercials will be on television as other may appear on the radio. Commercials are not the only strategy here. Having radio commercials, and seminars at schools to discuss and educate students will also be a focus. Having guest speakers come in to share their story and the hardship drugs had on their lives will help put a different perspective in the minds of young adults when it comes to experimenting with drugs. Along with commercials and seminars I will have volunteers go out into the community and put up fliers and try and talk with the younger generation on the streets to try and reach out more in the community. Some handouts would show the collateral damage that occurs to users' family and friends when it comes to specific drugs such as meth, cocaine, and hallucinogens Lastly, I would like to set up a hotline that will appear on these commercials, fliers and handouts that you can call to talk. This drug abuse hotline will be a toll-free number that will be established for the specific purpose of provide information related to addiction. Those who may be addicted to illegal drugs can call the telephone number and receive information on behaviors, treatment facilities and other drug related topics. Loved ones can call and find out more about addiction, interventions, rehabilitation and other dependency care options. This local hotline will be available 24 hours a day and will be staffed with caring and knowledgeable individuals who want to help. Calls will be anonymous, and you will not have to provide personal information. The hotline will be staffed by supportive personnel and their will be no scolding, judging or reprimanding for drug use. Calling this hotline will be a positive step towards recovery and prevention. Needs for this project would include, volunteers that want to join me in helping the community, some volunteers that have drug pasts that they would like to share with young people and motivate them in choosing the right path to resist drugs, and others that would have creative ideas for commercials, and would want to act in the commercials. Another need would include making fliers and handouts which a computer and printer would be required. A hotline would be a need, so I would have to talk with the phone company in making a number with different lines that can help us help more than one person at a time. Lastly, funding and donations would be needed to raise money to air these television and radio commercials.…...

Do not gamble on the future, act now, without delay.” Life of a human is full of many tasks. He has to achieve all tasks on time. Since childhood, we are said to be on time otherwise teacher punishes us. When we enter in professional life, we are again said to be punctual this time life punishes us. Time schedule basically a plan for performing work or achieving an objective in allotted time. Most of people either professional or student face troubles to accomplish the work or project, If we all plan before start the work it will easier to achieve. Sometime many people, when task is given, think that it will be done, they put off until tomorrow what they can do today. They delay till last day come to the door. ...about Antonio Gracias, and how his strong management style has led him to invest in, and run many different successful franchises. He is the CEO of Valor Equity, a firm that invests in companies that are already established but need help in expanding its operations. Valor does this by bringing in their own trained experts to work with the management of the company they are investing in. For example, in their Little Caesar’s pizza restaurants, they have established a routine to make the job easier. By giving their employees a time schedule of how their day should go, it allows their franchise to be successful. They are able to meet their goals because, the schedules allow them to cut down on time, to be prepared, and to stay on track. The topic relates to our course because we have learned how good organization is the most important part of running a successful business. When you go to borrow money in a bank, or when you have to present a business project to investors they are going to ask you for a business plan. They want to know what your business does, and how it does it. Good management will keep you focused and will help you to accomplish your goals. According to Frenchman Henri Fayol (1841-1925), managers have to (3): -Forecast and plan to determine where the business is going; -Organize the resources necessary to achieve these objectives; -Command people to do things; -Coordinate the different activities; -Control the activities to make sure they are completed as......
