Background

The presentation contains a set of information that will be delivered by the presenter to the audience. Information should be presented clearly address and details, so that the audience can receive the message properly, and not wrong perception of what is conveyed by the presenter. However, the submission must also be the shortest possible time to avoid possible saturation on the audience

Presentation containing the information must contain data and evidence collated logically, so as to reassure the hearts of listeners. Presentations were unclear and illogical data and evidence will reduce the confidence of listeners, even the audience did not feel confident with the message / information presenter convey.

A good presentation is a presentation that is useful for listeners. Presentations should be instructive and inspiring, making listeners feel enlightened after hearing the message or information submitted by the presenter.

In delivering session message or information to an audience usually the atmosphere will seem quiet, serious and silent. For that, there is no harm if a presenter can break the silence. Presenters are required to be delivered anecdotes refreshing the listener's mind when the listeners are getting bored. And no doubt, presenter authoritative and straightforward in communicating a message but smart in terms of entertaining listeners preferred audience, rather than presenter who bring always serious that makes the listener feel tired and bored.

2. The media used
3. The recipient (the audience)

...INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOUNDATION 1 Compiled By: RONKY F. DOH (aka: ronky biggy diggy daddy igp) FU DAME TALS OF COMPUTERS We are living in an information age dependent upon digital information. Digital information is electronic information, the result of computer processing. Every type of job relies upon getting information, using it, managing it, and relaying information to others. Computers enable the efficient processing and storage of information. Do not think of a computer merely as the machine with the keyboard and the mouse, although that might be true for some types of computers. Embedded computers may be inside your household appliances, the video cassette recorder, the automobile, planes, trains, power plants, water purification plants, calculators, and even inside a few toys. These embedded computers are very small. They affect our lives each day. Why, even modern traffic lights operate with computers. They are all around us. Think of additional ways in which computers affect our lives each day. Every organization somehow use(s) a computer to run the organization. Some of the places are hospitals, schools, fire department, banks, stores or supermarkets, stock exchange, police department, insurance companies, transport companies, and government agencies etc. What is a computer? A computer is many things to many people, depending on what it is being used for. At one time the computer can be a machine which processes the payroll, then it can be a machine which......

...problem solving approach, we often never get to the root causes because our main goal is to put out the fire. But when we engage in process improvement, we seek to learn what causes things to happen and then use this knowledge to: * Reduce variation. * Remove activities that have no value to the organization. * Improve customer satisfaction. Process improvement is important as Rummler & Brache's research (1995) showed that process account for about 80% of all problems while people account for the remaining 20%. Steering Committee and CPI Teams One way to get CPI started is to set up a Steering Committee (SC). Although everyone in the organization is responsible for CPI, the SC follows all ideas from conception to completion. Some organizations might have several SCs working on different processes, departments, or systems; while smaller organizations might set up one SC to oversee all CPI projects. Normally, there is one SC that oversees all CPI projects within a physical area. It in turn, passes each CPI suggestion on to a CPI team that carries that project out to completion. At the very least, the SC must contain members who can approve a project (spending authority). CPI Procedure CPI has been described using a number of models. This manual will use the system approach or ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate) model. There are five phases in this model: * Analysis Phase — Identify areas of opportunity and target specific......

For example, as of 2010, on average of only one in 130 people in Africa had a computer[2] while in North America and Europe one in every two people had access to the Internet.[3] 90% of students in Africa had never touched a computer.[4] Local networks can provide significant access to software and information even without utilizing an internet connection, for example through use of the Wikipedia CD Selection or the eGranary Digital Library. Focusing on Africa[edit] Exploring the Introduction of Computer Technology in Africa[edit] Africa presents a unique cultural climate for the introduction of computer technology not only because of its diverse population, varied geography and multifaceted issues but also because of it singular challenges. Africa is composed of 53 countries many gaining independence since 1950 containing 75 unique ethnic groups and approximately 700 million people. It has been colonized and hence influenced strongly by the European’s from France, Portugal, Britain, Spain, Italy and Belgium except for the countries of Ethiopia and Liberia. Martin & O’Meara [5] describe Africa’s diversity and some of the issues that is presents: ethnicity; geography; rural/urban life styles; family life (class levels); access to developed world products, education; and media. Computer Technology

...Computer technology is advancing at a rapid rate, causing the diversity and availability of assistive technology computer resources to have a tremendous impact for special education students across the United States. Assistive technology provides an opportunity for students with physical, emotional, and mental disabilities to acquire universal access to tools and opportunities for learning. Despite studies showing the benefits of assistive technology, many school districts fail to achieve the fullest potential that assistive technology can offer. This paper will define assistive technology, identify several obstacles of effective implementation, and present various approaches to overcoming those obstacles.  Assistive technology is defined as "any item, piece of equipment, or product system, whether acquired commercially off the shelf, modified, or customized, that issued to increase, maintain, or improve functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities" (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 1997). “Is society too dependent on technology?” Tom thought to himself as he drove to Colorado. He was on a family trip to visit his parents. It was a long trip and he had never been there before so he decided to use his navigation system to get there. He typed in his destination and headed to Colorado. On the way, his four-year-old son threw a juice cup, which spilled all over the navigation system. He did not think he would need a map, and now his family and he are......

Computer Forensics Tools

...Computer Forensics Tools Strayer University E-Support Undelete Plus is powerful software that can quickly scan a computer or storage medium for deleted files and restore them on command. It works with computers, flash drives, cameras, and other forms of data storage. Deleting a file from your computer, flash disk, camera, or the like does not mean it is lost forever. Software doesn’t destroy files when it deletes, it simply marks the space the file was using as being available for re-use. If nothing has needed that space since the deletion, the data is still there and the file can be recovered. Simply scan the device, select the files you want to recover, and click a button to restore the information (Softpedia, 2013). The interface Undelete PLUS is geared up with is very nice and easy to handle. In the right panel, there is the Drives tree. The user can change the view to file types (MP3, PDF, RTF, RAR, ZIP, XML, PNG, etc.) or to folders. In the left, there will be displayed all the files Undelete PLUS was able to detect. The software will inform you of the state of the files it has detected. This way, you will know that if the status reads "very good" then there still is a chance of recovering that file. "Overwritten" status means that the respective file is either corrupted or cannot be recovered. Additional information tell you about the size of the file, format, path, date of its creation and modification. The software is capable of recovering......

...Rhubes Severe Computer Technology Have you ever heard of the expression “necessary evil?” If it is evil, how can it be necessary? Well, there are some things that are necessary but not necessarily easy. People sometimes call “evil” the things that they find difficult or complicated. Thus, a “necessary evil” may be a thing that needs to be done for a greater good but that it may not be easy at first. The incursion of technology and computers in our everyday lives seems to be one of those “necessary evils” that we all have to deal with at one time or another. Today, technology is an integral part of schools in America. Teachers need to learn to use technology in the classroom in order to teach. Children become acquainted with technology in a safe learning environment with their teachers at school. Students are also expected to learn to use computers and interact with some educational software. The child’s homework often includes reports, research and or presentations using technology. Since children become some kind of experts with computers and interact with a variety of software at an early age, they see computers a little less challenging than an adult with little experience in computers. Technology has also made its place among the needful things to have at home. Parents often times feel the need to provide the technology that the child requires in order to do homework and to help the child study. That way, parents end up learning the technology first in order to...
